If I remote desktop to a PC (windows 10) and keep the remote desktop session open, and then my colleague uses TeamViewer to gain access to the PC the display is perfect. However the minute i end my remote desktop session from my laptop to the destination PC, his Teamviewer session will then go all white and he is unable to use the system. If I remote back in again his teamviewer session display corrects itself and he can work .
I've tried using the Display display scaling on high DPI settings option.
I've tried reducing the display attributes with the windows RDP session.
Could someone please assist me. Note my colleague cannot RDP into the PC, he has to use TeamViewer thanks in advance.
