Hi Everyone. I am hoping someone can help me out. I installed the Team Viewer app on my Android phone as I need to be able to access my wife's Android phone while she is in South America ( I am in Australia). I got her to install Team Viewer Quick Support app for Android on her phone. both of us enabled the add ons (for our Oppo phones) and checked that all accessibility had been turned on in both phones. Each time I have tried to remotely connect to her Android phone I get the message saying that a connection couldn't be established and to check the internet connection of the receiving (wife's phone) device. Her phone shows that the connection was ready on her side and saw my request to remotely control her phone and granted access but each time I try to connect to her phone the same error message appears on my screen. We do video calls every day using WhatsApp using the internet in the house where she is staying so I am thinking that either the internet connection on her side is either not strong/stable enough to enable me to connect or there is a setting in either/both of our phones that still needs to be enabled. Hoping someone can help as it is very frustrating not being able to connect to her phone. Just to make sure that everything was fine my end I used a spare Oppo phone at home and installed Team Viewer Quick Support app on it and I have been able to remotely control it from my primary phone.
