Hi, As I said, I am not sure if this is in the correct place and I apologise if not.
Having recently started a position that uses team viewer to remotely access devices (PC's), I have been granted permissions to access these devices. I can access most of the specifically owned devices, but we also should have access to a partner's set of devices. I have also been given the permissions to access these, and I can see them all on my console. When I try to access any of these partner devices, I am given a message that I am either block listed or not allowlisted by the partner. They have checked their settings and the block and not allowlist. I am on neither of these lists, but neither are my colleagues who have the same permissions as myself. They can access everything. Please can I have some advice? Thank you in advance.
