Please know that the error:
Your current TeamViewer plan does not include connections to customized TeamViewer modules
Is not related to TeamViewer Monitoring & Asset Management, nor a trial of any TeamViewer service.
This message appears when you attempt to connect to a customized TeamViewer module with an unlicensed device.
As you mentioned you have a Business account, please ensure your devices are properly licensed - once they are, you can make the connection to the device again.

I signed for the Monitoring & Asset management trial and my license was changed to FREE and now I get this message:
Your current TeamViewer plan does not include connections to customized TeamViewer modules. Your session will therefore be terminated after a short time. Please upgrade to a higher plan to use this functionality.
How can I switch back? I am part of a Business account, but don't have the legacy key or how to cancel this **bleep** trial.
