I purchased a Remote access subscription, and it shows as 'Active' in my account, but when I login to Teamviewer app it shows as 'Free' still. How can I update the App so that it recognizes my subscription? App is up to date.
I've had the same problem, except mine was a renewal that I paid for a month ago (see my post on the lame support chat above). I also updated my app and it's still showing I don't have a paid subscription (free). Too bad... good product, bad support.

If your app shows "free", it means that your license is not activated yet.
