For the second day in a row, I've tried to use the support chat. It gives you a countdown on where you are in line with an agent. Yesterday it took two hours to get to position #2 and then it stayed there for the next two hours. I went to bed. Today, same thing. Started at position #9, gradually went down to #2, and now it's stuck there for the last hour. I realize it's the middle of the night in Germany, but don't they have North American support agents? Why **bleep** PAID SUBSCRIBERS with a bot that counts you down to #2 when there's no one there?!! Worse support ever!! What's even more maddening is I paid for my Remote Control renewal a mouth ago, but they have me at an extremely limited free license (which is why I need support). Going to ask for a refund from my credit card company (since I probably won't be able to get a hold of billing at this lame company) and find another solution.
