How to trigger message for "Allow remote control"

Hi,

we are using Teamviewer since more than 10 years. On my client side we have configured "Control this computer" to "After confirmation" because of trust reasons, as same es for VPN connection.

We use actually Teamviewer V10.30.3H.

The client system is a touch screen based Windows system. What I'm looking for is a possibility to trigger the dialog "Do you want to grant your partner access for remote control (Allow / Deny)" on Client computer by the "Teamviewer Client" on my PC. In this case, the client can easily press "allow" or "deny also with touchscreen. Or also fine would be, if the dialog appears directly after establish the connection to allow or deny remote access. The screen in view mode should be always allowed, as it is already now.

This request dialog works fine already for VPN connection, which is also configured to "After confirmation"

Thanks for reaching out to us. Wow, great to see that you are using TeamViewer that long 🤩

There are 2 ways to ask for confirmation when establishing a remote connection:

1) When establishing the connection --> more information here: Connect via confirmation

2) Changing the settings in the Client (Advanced --> Access Control to this and other computers ---> confirm all): Restrict access

Could you please check these points and let us know if they helped you further?

P.S.: I am curious, why you are still using TeamViewer 10? If you have the possibility to update and the above mentioned information does not help you further, my next idea would be to open a ticket, so that my colleagues can have a closer look into it.
