RE: Can't connect to mobile devices...

Hi. I have TeamViewer installed on Ubuntu 20.04 and TeamViewer Host installed on both an Android Tablet and an Android phone. Whenever I try to connect to either the tablet or the phone from my desktop, the android device says that there is an incoming connection, that it's authenticating and finally that it is connected to my desktop. Then the phone drops the connection and says that it is waiting for a connection and nothing ever happens on the desktop. I've tried connected with the device identifier, through the website and directly through the app on my desktop, but no matter what I do, it just notifies me about the connection, authenticates, connects and drops the connection.
