Could you ask the users on the remote site to restart TeamViewer on the laptop?
It sometimes does the magic.

I purchased license about 4 hours back. Trying to log in - the message pop up "it seems there might be a licensing problem with your connection. Connecting the this device requires a valid TeamViewer license." Saying this it cuts off.
