This is the message I receive and I have just left the site with the password and the laptop was connected to the internet

Can I ask you which license you have purchased, so I can help you further?
I purchased license about 4 hours back. Trying to log in - the message pop up "it seems there might be a licensing problem with your connection. Connecting the this device requires a valid TeamViewer license." Saying this it cuts off.

Could you ask the users on the remote site to restart TeamViewer on the laptop?
It sometimes does the magic.
