Cannot activate licence - asking for security code
Hi guys I just paid for a remote access license and received the activation email. However when I click on the 'ACTIVATE' hyperlink and try to login it then asks for a security code that I don't have. I also don't have the original recovery code.
What I DO have is another TV account that I'm using to post this discussion. Can I switch the new license to this TV account that I have access to?
Otherwise where to from here?
