How to fix a badly registered Remote Access License with an existing login, not a new one.

I don't speak English very well, so I use google translate. Last year, my company purchased the TeamViewer Remote Access License PAC. Unfortunately, I used an existing login for registration, so registration went wrong and I'm still free version. I didn't report it sooner because of the language barrier and because I was able to use the program. Now I can't use it, but subscription is until November 22nd and I'd like to fix this bug. Please contact me so it can be fixed.

In this case, you'll need to activate your Remote Access license.
Please follow the steps described here:

Once activated, you will be able to use your license.

Unfortunately, that won't help. I got an email with an activation link and logged in to my existing account, which was free but didn't change my status to Remote Access License PAC. I'm still free license.
I have an invoice, I have a PAC license code, but I can't enter it anywhere. When I log into the TeamViewer Managment console in my profile, I have three things in the license tab:
1.upgrade your account now (I would have to buy a second license)
2. Activate the license, where it says that after the purchase I will get an e-mail and you can easily log in (I already did it, but something went wrong)
3. Activate the license completely, but this is an option for other licenses and my code does not work there.
I would like to be able to enter my account code somewhere. The link I got is a one-off, and if something went wrong, I can't fix it anymore.
