Trying to submit a ticket and I keep getting redirected. I would like to cancel my subscription for a Full refund.

As mentioned in the Submit a Ticket article, please ensure you are signing into the support portal with the same account the license was activated on:
If you keep getting redirected, please log out of the community and then attempt to access the support portal by signing in with the licensed account.
