As many other users have reported, I cannot receive my account / device verification emails from TeamViewer and they’re not landing in my spambox.
I cannot login to my account at all (hence I had the hassle of creating a new account just to post this community message! 🤦🏼♂️). That also means that 2FA isn’t an option either; until TeamViewer whitelist my email. I really didn’t want to mention my personal email address on an open community thread like this, but TeamViewer has really given me no choice. My email address is: [removed per Community Guidelines]
Please go ahead and whitelist it straight away so I can get access to my account.
You might also want to look in to why this is happening to so many customers in the first place.
