I have no more access to a corporate account I've been using to logon TeamViewer. Problem: I had computers saved in my profile that I would like to export.
But, as soon as I entered my corporate email address into the login field, I'm redirected to SSO and thus no chance to enter my TeamViewer password.
Is it possible then for Teamviewer either to change the email address of my account with my personal email address so that at least I can access my account again ?
My corporate IT support answered that they can't do anything at their level and forwarded me towards Teamviewer support.
