Did you receive a confirmation of your purchase or did you get charged?
You should've received a confirmation and a payment receipt and following that your activation e-mail containing the link to activate your license.
Please let me know, so we can solve your issue.

i didn't got the e-mail containing the link to activate my account yet.
Please send me your e-mail address used for the purchase via private message. I forwarded your mentioned number but they couldn't find anything.
