two-factor authentification for connections

Hello there,

I've seen that it's possible to set up the tfa for connections so I tried it. I scanned the QR-code with my mobile decive an everthings seems to be good. But when I try to connect to the device with the teamviewer host installed, where I set it up I just see "authentification..."

I don't get any push on my iphone and so I can't connect to the device. :-(

I closed und opened Teamviewer Host but nothing changed. Can you help me?

Can I ask you which phone you are using? Android or iOS?

I am using iOS.

Could you please check if you have enabled the notifications for the TeamViewer app?

Go to Settings ➜ Notifications ➜ TeamViewer ➜ Allow Notifications
