I purchased a business license for remote access . There is literally no support whatsoever. The activation link does not work. There is nobody to talk to, nobody answers the phone or chat and you can no longer submit a ticket they force you to this stupid bulletin board which can't even tell you have already logged in 5 times since apparently you need to do this for each area of the site. Total garbage.
I have created the account and tried to use my license, it simply does not work. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with any product. I don't even think free software has such **bleep** support. Given TeamViewer is a mission critical piece of software used to access remote production machines I consider this utterly unacceptable.
I will charge back the fees and tell everyone possible to steer clear of TeamViewer at every opportunity if I am not immediately contacted by support.
