How to cease my subscription as my account has been deleted?

Please note that deletion of a TeamViewer account does not automatically cancel the subscription license that was activated on it. As mentioned in our All About Subscriptions article, cancellation requests must be submitted via ticket:
In the event that you are unable to submit a ticket, in your case due to the formerly licensed account having been deleted, I recommend reaching out to our support and licensing teams directly over the phone. Local phone numbers can be found here:
