Hi I'm KIL JEA WOO. I tried to pay with my card. that is Unionpay and it possible foreign paying.

but TeamViewer payment system block it. the denied message is '지원되지 않는 카드가 입력되었습니다'. I asked Korean Servicecenter but they said "we can't resolve this problem."

how Do I do for resolve this problem??

As the payment to TeamViewer is paying to Germany, can you kindly check if your UnionPay credit care is eligible for international payments please？
