Hi, we have 3 IT staff onsite and we have a situation where one guy adds devices to the TeamViewer management console all 3 staff can view and log into them. The issue we have is if the other two staff members add devices to the console then only they can view it on the console. Any ideas? and all 3 staff have the same premium license types.

All 3 users are company admin's in the TeamViewer management console.

The others can only see the devices if they share the device groups with each other.

💡 Our recommendation is to create a master account where you add all devices and share the devices from this master account to the user accounts. More information here: Use a Master Account for your company profile
