Hi all, I have a professional licence, and on random Apple Iphones and Ipad devices the connection will only last less than a minute before cutting out.
The client doesn't change anything or close the Teamviewer app down or anything else, and its only random Apple devices, others keep the connection as long as needed. Some have a wifi connection , some 3/4G
The devices losing connection are recent models and up to date with the IOS. I had one device this was happening on, then reconnected about a month later without any problems.
This warning popped up on a clients iphone yeserday..
Any ideas why this happens? Thanks
