Host computer screen as black

On the Host computer (ASUS Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz  2.50 GHzInstalled ,RAM 24.0 GB, System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor) I cannot see the client computer (Samsung Chromebook) screen remotely. It comes up on the Host computer screen as black. Help!

    Which app did you install on the Samsung Chromebook? The TeamViewer Host or the TeamViewer QuickSupport?

    @Raaber - I checked with the development team and they could confirm that there is currently an issue with connections to Samsung Chromebooks.

    I'll keep you updated once the issue gets resolved.
