Unlocking remote PC

I recently started having issues with being able to remotely unlock my Windows PC using that PC's password. It keeps telling me that the password is invalid, even though I'm entering it correctly. Whenever I put in the password in on the computer directly, it works, but when I try to do it remotely using TeamViewer it does not. What could be the issue?

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

My suspicion here, is that there is something wrong with the keyboard mapping of your device.

Therefore, when you type e.g the letter "A", "B" gets entered in the password field instead.

I would recommend connecting to a PC where you have access, opening a notepad, and testing if the keys are entering the correct letters.
