Teamviewer is not following German Law (Canceling Subscriptions)

Going through the hoops to cancel my renewal and downgrade my license when I remembered Teamviewer is a German company.

As of July 1st, Teamviewer should now have a cancellation button on their website (Fair Consumer Contracts Act). Between the new laws there and all the new ARLs (Anti Renewal Laws) that went active over the past year in the US, they're going to have a lot of problems with their renewal antics if their customers are informed.

We are sorry that we cannot assist with cancellation requests on TeamViewer Community. Please raise a support ticket 📩 to the TeamViewer Support Team for further assistance and communication.

On the other hand, TeamViewer has implemented the Termination Button on the Customer Portal for customer courtesy. Please advise the support agent for activation if you would like to activate the Customer Portal.
