Every time I login to my Remote Desktop through TeamViewer on my home computer the remote viewing window shuts down completely seconds after I login. I log in remotely using my Dell laptop which is using Windows. The desktop I am trying to access remotely is a Mac desktop with Big Sur iOS. Today I have also noticed on my Mac desktop I am unable to open TeamViewer at all. When I click on the icon in the icon bar it bobs up and down for a few seconds then does not open up at all, you cannot even see the name appear in the top righthand corner of the screen next to the apple icon. Nor can I open it when clicking on the app in finder, every option I used to try to open the app has not worked. I'm guessing this might be why I having trouble logging on remotely. Can someone suggest why the app is not opening at all on my Mac and why it is closed in the first place when no-one actually closed it? Also can. anyone tell me why I am not able to login in to my desktop remotely from all the information I have provided above and tel me how I can fix this issue?
