We have been using commercial paid version and all of sudden it is giving hiccups to sign in.
This is causing us trouble to assist our customers. Please advise and resolve it ASAP.

May I ask you to check on the version of TeamViewer Client you are using at the moment, please?
📌The check path is TeamViewer -> Three lines menu -> Help -> About TeamViewer -> TeamViewer version.
If the client version is not TeamViewer 12, can you kindly uninstall the current version of TeamViewer and then reinstall TeamViewer version 12. The reason being is TeamViewer 12 license would be compatible with the TeamViewer v12 client. You may also download TeamViewer v12 from the download page.
However, if you are experiencing the same issue with the v15 license, kindly check again if the software is the matched version.

It is version 12 and has been working well since the target devices are the same. Recently since yesterday evening it signed me off in between and then couldn’t login to assist. It takes a few minutes with a blank list and then errors out with server error.
