its not posibble. onl at versions of quicksupport 11 and above

there is any way its possible to connect ftom TeamViewer pro ver 15 to TeamViewer quick support ver 10 ???

very importat to us cause ver 10 of our copmany conatain numbers at passwords....

TeamViewer v10 is no longer available with the TeamViewer service. Since we published the announcement 📣 in December 2020, TeamViewer has phrased out the TeamViewer v10 on 15th September 2021. Thank you for the kind understanding of the phrased out version. It would be great if you may update the endpoint to the latest version of v15 because the connections between the same version are recommended.
