after the connection, touch is unavailable

hi,

i'm having trouble controlling android mobile phone(nexus 5), using android phone(galaxys20).

connection is ok between two phones. i get mirrored image on my phone, but i can not control the mirrored screen.

touch is unavailable. is it because my nexus 5 is too old? other devices are ok, but this nexus 5 only shows the problem.

what can i do?

Congrats on your first post!

Currently, not all devices are compatible with remote control technology.

If your device is compatible, you should be able to remote control the device without any issues.

In some cases, the device asks you to install the "Universal add-on". If non of this is the case for your device, it means that the device you are using is not compatible.
