Correcting a lost connection to a partner remote Teamviewer Computer

After upgrading to the paid business license for my computer, when I try to access the partner computer with my password that worked during my free subscription, it will not accept my password. How can I rectify this with folks on the other end that do not know how to use Team Viewer?

It was a personal password for unattended access in the options of the remote TeamViewer client. Thank you.

Is it the password for spontaneous support that is displayed in the TeamViewer client beneath the TeamViewer ID or
Did you set a personal password for unattended access in the options of the remote TeamViewer client?

Can you please try to remove the password on the remote TeamViewer client and enter it again in the options there?

If you have that password saved in the Computer & Contacts list of your TeamViewer account for that specific computer, please remove it from there as well and re-enter it. 👇
