How do I open a ticket?

If you have not activated your license on your TeamViewer account, you won't be able to access the ticket portal. Instead, it will redirect you to the TeamViewer Community. Therefore, it is very important to activate the license on your TeamViewer account in order to be able to access the ticket portal and cancel your license.

This actually does not work. I have been trying to open a ticket and I get to the form and all of a sudden I am kicked out back to the page telling me about Teamviewer's "New and improved support". I can see no way of contacting anyone from this company - no links to email, no chat that is accessible when I need to chat - nothing! This is just poor business!!
@Mags279 In this case, I would recommend using the chat.
You just need to go to https://www.teamviewer.com/ and use the chat feature at the right bottom corner of the page.
