Hi, Im trying to use teamviewer and the remote user is saying they cannot drag and drop. What can I do to enable this? I'm on a mac and they are using a microsoft computer I believe.

If the remote user has a Windows device, it is not possible to drag and drop from Windows to macOS (this feature is for Windows only).
You can either use the file transfer box or copy/paste the file.
