TeamViewer Endpoint Manager administrator mode

Hello,

I use Endpoint manager to manage my users. The status of the endpoints on Endpoint Manager is in Azure AD Join.

I would like to use Teams Viewer to remotely take control of these users in administrator mode.

The takeover works, but I can't use the administrator mode.

Can you help me to understand why?
