Keyboard Shortcut for End Users to Display Connection Information

I currently support a medium sized Network. Most PCs have TeamViewer (TV) installed, but the naming isn't always easily guessed. Assuming the end-user has TV installed on their device; Is there a shortcut key that I can communicate with the person requesting support that will open TeamViewer on their device and display the username and password so that I can connect to offer assistance?

I believe I understand what you are asking, but let's just be sure:

• A user reaches out to you/your team requesting support (over phone/email/whatever)
• You wish to initiate a TeamViewer connection but are unsure which device in your Computers & Contacts list is the correct one (due to potentially inaccurate device naming)
• To resolve, you would like to generate the TeamViewer application (assuming it is already installed on the device) to pop up on their screen so they can see (and ultimately provide you) their ID and current random password

If you could please let me know if I am understanding the situation correctly, we can look into some potential resolutions for you.
