TeamViewer - does not accept incoming connections

Good afternoon,

Please . . . 

I have researched all over the Internet and I cannot figure out how to fix our " does not accept incoming connections" problem.

We both downloaded the app from the Google Play store today on our Samsung phones

We each got a new account

It seems neither of us can except incoming connections

PLEASE 🙏🙏🙏❓

What is the fix for this ❓

Congrats on your first post!

The user receiving the connection must install TeamViewer QuickSupport. It's available in the Googe Play store.

The user establishing the connection must install TeamViewer Remote Control (the app you already have installed).
