License Activation Email is not received yet, how long does it take?

May I know how long does it takes to have the license activation email sent to me?

I haven't received a separate email with the license activation link and invoice from June 22, 2022 until now. Also, there is no Korean language support service, which is very inconvenient. The order number is [removed per Community Guidelines].

👉The license activation email is sent right after the purchase is made.

If you did not receive it yet, the recommendation is to contact our customer service directly by phone. Their contact information you can find here → +82 70 7488 3982.

💡Hint: Please check your spam and junk folder, as well as add the TeamViewer domain (@teamviewer.com) to the allowed list of your email server.
