Hello,
When i left my company i had still one of my PC connected to the pro teamviewer account, so when i connected to it got flagged and my trial version expired.
Now i am only using my personal account, but the teamviewer on my main pc has still the trail expired.
I tried to use the reset form, and it kinda worked:
Some ID got successfully reset, but not mine or the ones of my PC's i submited.
I tried many times (6/7 times) each time a different ID got reset, sometimes i didn't got an email.
I tried to explain the problem in the little description but i guess it's not really read.
