When try to connect to a remote desktop with teamviewer, my local client accepts the password and tries to connect to the remote desktop. However, it fails after a few seconds with no error message. Any help would be much appreciated!

First, could you please check if the latest version of TeamViewer (currently 15.32.3) is installed on both sides of the connection?
