"You can only assign this device to your account if you have administrative rights and TeamViewer is installed."

TeamViewer worked great before but now my PC is no longer associated with my account and therefore I cannot easily access it. When I press the "Assign to account" button I receive the above message, but no solution available Online to get administrative rights.

    Thank you for posting in TeamViewer Community!

    For account assignment, it does require having the administrative rights on the local pc.

    For getting administrative rights on your device, please try logging in with the admin account or check with your IT administrator if you have any.

    Let me know if you can switch to the administrative account on your PC and complete the account assignment successfully.

    Anyone find a solution to this..? I get the same error and i'm on a local Administrator account & am running TV as admin

    I have also just started receiving this message (Win10). I also am a local Administrator account and running Teamviewer as Admin.
