Unable to perform remote connection

TeamViewer cannot make a remote connection from device to device on Windows 11, while it is connected smoothly on other platforms (Windows 10, XP, etc.)

I have tried to update the software version, update the Windows, and check for Firewall permissions, all is ok. but still, TeamViewer is not connecting well

Could you please give us a little bit more details about the connection's attempt?

What is the behavior of TeamViewer? Do you have any error messages? If needed, don't hesitate to post screenshots removing sensitive information.

I recommend you as well to uninstall completely TeamViewer from both sides of the connection by following the process 👉 Uninstall TeamViewer on Windows
