I am supposed to add my account to an existing company, but i do not recieve any activation e-mail. What do I do?

First of all, if you already created your account, please make sure to validate it via a confirmation email. If you don't see it in your main inbox, please check your Spam inbox.
Then, you need to use this link: https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany in order to join the company profile. You will need the mail address of one of the company administrators. The process is explained in our article: π Add an existing account
Once this part is done on your side, the administrator needs to accept your request.

The problem is that I do not get any mail from teamviewer. So it is not possible to confirm my account. There are nothing in the spam filter, or my inbox.
Could you please send me via Private Message, the mail address of your user account?
