When I am on a TeamViewer session, and I look up something on my computer (such as checking my E-mail), the TeamViewer session disconnects. Then I have to start all over again. If I use a computer with multiple monitors to access a computer with only one monitor, and have the TeamViewer on one monitor, I can access/open other windows on the other monitors without getting disconnected. Very frustrating when trying to remotely help someone and I have to look something up.
