Remote access - changing the device for "Grant easy access"

I had set up Grant Easy Access on both my dad's and my laptops. I've bought a new laptop and want to change the device, but his laptop doesn't give me the option to change the device, I can only select my old laptop. Please advise how to do this. We are both using version 15.32.3 (free).

Usually, TeamViewer Easy Access is granted with the TeamViewer account. In other words, When you have signed in with your TeamViewer account on any device, you are able to connect to the remote device without a password whereas the presetting is done successfully. You should be able to connect to your dad's laptop once you sign in.

If it is impossible to do so, check again on the remote device's setting and ensure all setups have been done correctly.

Alternatively, may we ask you to check if you have saved your dad's TeamViewer ID into your TeamViewer account.

One last checking point is to look at the login account on the device and ensure if it is with administrative rights.
