TeamViewer able to access computer from some devices, not others

I have TeamViewer installed on both my laptop and desktop computers. I also have the app installed on my phone and tablet. When I try to log into my desktop from my laptop, it says that it is "Unable to connect" and "Either your partner isn't connected to the internet or your partner's TeamViewer isn't running yet." However, when I try to connect through either my phone or tablet, I am able to successfully connect to the desktop.

Furthermore, on the phone and tablet I cannot connect to the laptop. This makes me think there is something wrong with the laptop's configuration. However, the laptop can see some computers, such as my in-laws laptop, so that makes me believe it's not a port issue or something.

The version seems up-to-date (15.32.3, July 13, 2022). Norton 360 appears to be letting traffic through the firewall. I'm stumped.
