i'm trying to install teamviewer on windows pc to control HUAWEI nova 3i phone,but i always get

message saying only the screen can be shared but not controlled.

i try to install the free add-on provided by you on the phone but IT JUST DOES NOT INSTALL. i get the messages as displayed in attachments after selecting DOWNLOAD

so the final question is, is HUAWEI phone supported by teamviewer software ?

i uninstalled teamviewer on both my phone and pc and re-installed it, and this time everything worked fine magically !!!

minor issue though

i have the habit of playing music on my hi-fi system from the pc. but whenever i start teamviewer, the overall volume reduces by 60-70 percent. if you could give a solution to this, it would be much appreciated. otherwse i think i can live with this issue

Great to see you posting for the first time!

Yes, Huawei devices should be supported.

Maybe you could try to install the Universal Add-on directly from the QuickSupport app.

You need to access the Advanced menu and select Install additional Add-on...
