simple question here,

I've changed my email address on **https login teamviewer com**

But somehow just can't find any way to do the same on here **https community teamviewer com**

Any clue / hint ?

I'm trying to change my email address on https://community.teamviewer.com/English/profile/edit

But can't, as there is no option for it, I see my (current) email address, but there is no way to actually access/change it

On the other hand, on https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/profile/general

I did change my email address just fine.

May I ask for clarification from you about the email account.

Are you changing the email address for TeamViewer or TeamViewer Community?
When you are changing the email address, did you make the change in TeamViewer Management Console?

At the same time, I would briefly share information about the TeamViewer account. It is registered with your chosen email address and you will use the account credentials to login on to TeamViewer software and TeamViewer Management Console.

As TeamViewer Community is a standalone platform for TeamViewer products, you may use the same email address or a different one when you sign up with TeamViewer Community. When you made changes to your account in TeamViewer, it would not affect the account in TeamViewer Community.

Hope my explanation is easy to understand and feel free to comment below if you need more help.
