Screen Recording and Full Disk Access are not showing up in the Security & Privacy list.

Hi,

Screen Recording and Full Disk Access do not show up as options in the Security & Privacy list on MacBook Pro. Because of this I'm not able to grant permission for TeamViewer remote control.

I was unable to replicate this on my own Mac Mini; could you please let us know the version of macOS installed on the device?

If you could also provide a screenshot of the settings on your Macbook Pro, this can help us better understand the issue at hand.

Hi Josh, thanks for the reply.

The computer that is having the issue is owned by an elderly lady who I assist when she has problems with her computer. She is not very computer literate, so TeamViewer has been a real blessing. She just purchased a new MacBook Pro 16". I'm assuming that it is macOS Monterey. She lives over an hour away from me. I was trying to set up TeamViewer while speaking to her over the phone. She was trying to get TeamViewer setup before she had to leave home for a medical appointment. She will be gone for over a week.

I have Monterey on my 2015 MacBook Pro and was trying to walk her through the steps to allow remote control. She saw that Accessibility was in the list but Screen Recording and Full Disk Access were not. I didn't understand how that could be since I had them in my list. I asked her to scroll down to see if they were farther down the list. She said there was no scroll bar. I asked her to check for a macOS update. She did and a system update was installed. After a restart the two items were still missing from the list. Let me know if you have any further ideas.
