Problem since the new update

Since last week's update, i have a new strange problem. When i try to remote connect from my one of my PC to another one, it tries to connect as the current PC i'm on, not the account i am logged in as. This causes teamviewer to ask permission to share the screen on my second PC, which i cannot approve since it is at another location. When i use the mobile app or try to connect from a third PC that is not registered to my account, everything works perfectly.

I have not changed any of the configuration prior to the update.

As it seems to for from other devices, there is maybe a setting on your local PC enforcing the confirmation.

Could you please check if you have Full access set on your local computer?

You can verify this in the TeamViewer options under Options (⚙) → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to other computers as below:

That did the job, i'm not sure why that setting was changed, but putting it back fixed the problem. Thanks a lot!

Are you trying to connect via your Computers and Contacts list or do you enter the remote PC's ID manually?

And when you connect, did you ensure you are logged in with your account?

I mean... if i wasn't logged on my account, my computer woudn't appear on my contact list.
