Hello,

I'm running macOS Monterey 12.5.1 and trying to run the latest version of TeamViewer 15.33.7 freshly downloaded from the TV website.

When I try and run I get the following popup stopping TV from loading.

“TeamViewer” needs to be updated.

The developers of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.

Any ideas?

@David_ I've got some news.

So apparently, there was an issue with the installation we uploaded on our website.

This has been fixed now, and the correct version is available.

Could you please delete the installation you downloaded, download a new one from our website, and try installing it?

Just for some extra info I was installing after a fresh install of macOS, not an upgrade on the following iMac...

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)

4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

AMD Radeon R9 M390 2 GB

I just downloaded teamviewer to jump between my laptop and my mac mini desktop. It downloaded fine on the Macbook Air but every time I try to set it up on the Mac Mini it pops up with a notification that says the developer needs to update the app in order to use it. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I tried Googling but I haven't been able to find a solution. I'm running Monterey.
