Could Not Establish Connection - Authentication Cancelled. I'm signed in correctly, correct passwords, Teamviewer up-to-date. This problem have persisted for longtime now and it's now frustrating. kindly assist

There are a few different things that could be causing the problem.
So before we move towards further investigation, could you first attempt to uninstall and install TeamViewer on both sides of the connection?
