TeamViewer will not connect to Remote Monitor.

Having trouble connecting to a remote monitor I have. I am unable to get out to this monitor and reboot everything. It either stays on Connecting with a yellow dot(Most of the time), or it gives me an error message of WaitForConnectFailed. I need to be able to get this monitor back online ASAP. Someone please help!!!

You mentioned a remote monitor - is this a monitor physically connected to a device, or another type of device? If you could please provide us a bit more information on the device where the issue occurs, I think this could help. 😁

Regarding the specific error/issue encountered - I would say that you are correct in the assumption the issue resides on the remote monitor side - a device getting stuck on Connecting or receiving a WaitForConnect Failed error usually indicates that the remote device is not successfully communicating with the TeamViewer servers.

Any clarifications you can provide will help us better understand the issue and help us navigate towards a solution.

Yes, the Remote Monitor is connected to a Mac Mini. I have reached out to get someone to reboot the Mac mini, no success yet.

Thank you for the clarification.

The next step would be to have someone restart the Mac Mini, or at least the TeamViewer service itself.

As soon as you can accomplish this, please let us know so we may continue troubleshooting.

Also, is the monitor physically connected via cable, or another type of monitor (ie bluetooth)?

I am trying to connect to a slow laptop and I'd like to know if there is a way to increase the 'wait for connection' time.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I can get into my Main laptop via my phone. However am still unable to connect with monitor I need. I'm guessing this is an issue on that monitors side? which I most likely won't be able to get to? Any Information would still be a big help.
